It’s A Girl Card

Current Mood:Happy emoticon Happy

The card I sewed for my friend when her daughter, Melody was born. Bought the kit from our tiny local craft shop, Bizy Fingers, and added the notes myself (my own design too, *pride*).

Daffodillies

Current Mood:Happy emoticon Happy

The birthday card I made for my sweetie’s mum. Not as nice as the teatowel I made for my mum but still pretty.

Pattern from Cross Stitch Flowers, one of many very pretty ones :)

I love it!  <3 Check it out at Scarlet Quince (a slightly dubious sounding name though..). They also advertise free patterns, though I haven’t had a chance to check them out yet. What’s also neat is floss coverage examples and finishing and cleaning tips.

Funky, monkeys!
