The Kaldorei Union calls for its parties for the first Council Meeting to be held on twenty-first day of the sixth month, at eight.
The Council includes the following groups and individuals and only the following shall be represented at the Council. The attending parties should be aware that only two (2) delegates are allowed for each organization, and individuals will be able to represent themselves. Extra delegates will not be allowed, even to observe.

The Council members are hereby informed that The Twilight Guard has a pending membership request, thus they will be able to attend the Council meeting with maximum two (2) observers. Observers shall not participate in debates, but they can ask the Chair of the Council to propose their membership to the Council members during the sessions.
The session will be chaired by Thaendra Greenwind.
Changes regarding the Chair of the Council meeting shall be announced soon, if occurs.
It is, thus, announced to the public that desiring organizations and individuals to join The Kaldorei Union should contact Thaendra Greenwind via mail, stating their wish to sign the Pact of the Union. The notifications end twenty-four hours before the meeting, which is 20th June, 20:00 ((Server Time)). Please send your mails before this date and time.
The scheduled topics of the Council is as follows:
- The proposal of amendment to the Pact regarding the representation limitation to the kaldorei-only members or party organizations.
- The proposal of public declaration of the stance of the Kaldorei Union regarding the Peace meeting in Shattrath.
- The Warsong lumber activities in Eastern Ashenvale and related precautions.
The Silverleaf Sentinels will be responsible for the security of the Council meeting, thus no attendee other than the Sentinels will be allowed armed or armored. To avoid unappropriate conditions, please pay attention.
Personal bodyguards will not be allowed.

The corpses of the bloody battle still lie scattered in front of the large gates. Here they fought as allies, Horde and Alliance working together to defeat a common enemy, an enemy of all living beings. Yet, both were betrayed by a group of Forsaken. The Grand Apothecary Putriss and his treacherous lackeys declared war upon the living. Together with the dreadlord Varimathras, they drove the Horde out of the Undercity and begun their assault upon the world.

Now both Putriss and Varimathras lay dead, the old hatred between the Horde and Alliance has been reborn. The Royal Apothecary Society, known for her work on the new plague is mistrusted by their allies, their work constantly monitored. A meeting will be held on neutral ground in Warsong Hold. The goal of this meeting will be to ensure the Forsaken’s place within the Horde and strengthen the Horde as a whole, so we may wipe the Lich King and his Scourge off Azeroth.

The goals of this meeting are to find a peaceful solution to the current escalating war covering the entire world of Azeroth. We have chosen Shattrath as the Naaru have little to no influence in azerothian politics.
